In 2004, when he co-founded Dynamo, Wim had already enjoyed a rich and varied international career: an overview. Armed with a master’s degree in Applied Economic Science and an extra bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, he started his career in the cabinet of the State Secretary for SMEs. Then his career went international. After filling the position of Product Manager for a Hotel Import department, he became Manager of the Seychelles Duty Free Shops. Once back in Belgium, he helped foreign companies to integrate into the European market as independent Sales and Marketing Consultant.
In the US, he qualified as a Master Practitioner in NLP in the renowned First Institute of NLP of Richard Bandler, and in Canada he became a certified LAB profile© consultant/trainer at Shelle Rose Charvet's course.
As a last intermediary step before he became Managing Director of Dynamo, he was Trainer Consultant at Eurosem. Currently Wim is focusing on Systems constellations à la Hellinger.
