Since 1993, Rita has been active as an independent trainer. At Cisco, Vito, Citibank and Estée Lauder she is a very popular coach. She occasionally gives guest lectures on project management at the EHSAL and Vlerick management schools.

Teaching is in her blood, as she can look back on a 25-year career in technical secondary education. In addition she is the author of various study books and is unique in her expertise in written communication.

Her other fields of expertise are language training, management skills, and project and process management. Enough reasons why Dynamo absolutely wanted her in the team. She followed supplemental training in communication skills (UIA/UFSIA) and expanded her horizons by studying philosophy at Madison University in Wisconsin, USA.
