In all, Jo-Anne has helped 50,000 professionals advance their careers. She acquired her management skills and operational insight within the service sector. Jo-Anne also worked in an advisory capacity for the Australian Hospitality Review Panel, a body of inspectors that accredits all training programmes in the social services sector. Furthermore, she was active as an official appraiser to Tourism Training Australia.
