Since 1993 James has worked as a professional writer and actor whilst at the same time holding the position of artistic director at TACcom in Toronto, Canada. In parallel, he has also been managing acting sessions for Dynamo in the US. He achieved a baccalaureate in psychology at McMaster University and perfected his French at Laval University.

He is the master of role play in difficult situations: dealing with conflict management, negotiation techniques and assertiveness. He plays opposite employees as well as managers. From his experience has sprung forth a supreme skill in animation.
