While she was HR Manager Benelux for the second largest hotel chain in Europe, Inge nurtured the idea of becoming a trainer. During the ten previous years she held a variety of supporting and management positions in the tourism and catering sectors. She specialised and sharpened her knowledge base by studying psychology at Ghent University. And she constantly followed supplemental training courses. She recently qualified for her NLP Practitioner certificate at the New York Training Institute for NLP. Enriched with her years of experience, she understands like no other the needs of Human Resources Managers. From dealing with aggression to taking the lead. She interprets communication in the wider sense.
